Barry A. Bachrach graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1977 and from the University of Maine School of Law, Magna Cum Laude in 1982. Licensed first in the States of Maine and Massachusetts, Attorney Bachrach began his career as a law clerk for Justices Edward Godfrey and Elmer Viollette of the Maine State Supreme Judicial Court. In 1983, Attorney Bachrach moved to Minnesota, passing that state bar and clerked for Justice George Scott of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Thereafter, he returned to his native state of Massachusetts and practiced law with the law firm of Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester, MA. Attorney Bachrach became a litigation partner at Bowditch & Dewey in 1990, a position he maintained until leaving the firm on December 31, 2006 to establish his own practice.
Rhonda L. Bachrach graduated from the University of Phoenix, Cum Laude, in 2011, and graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law, Cum Laude in 2014. Ms. Bachrach began her legal career as a legal assistant in 1995 and began working as a paralegal, specializing in all forms of litigation and corporate law, in 2003. In 2007, she joined her husband’s law practice, The Law Office of Barry A. Bachrach, which later became Bachrach & Bachrach PC, when she obtained her juris doctorate and passed the Massachusetts Bar exam.
Rhonda is a Conciliator for the Worcester Probate and Family Court as well as an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. She has received the Supreme Judicial Court’s John Adams Publico Award in 2019, and the SuperLawyer’s Rising Star Award for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
